All cakes are made fresh, never frozen and there are a number of different flavors available, please feel free to ask me if you have a flavor in mind and don’t see it. 

• Standard Flavors: Chocolate, White, Marble, Yellow
• Red Velvet
• Double Chocolate with White Chocolate chunks
• White Almond Sour Cream Cake
• Lemon
• Strawberry
• Pound Cake

• Butter cream (Any Flavor)
• Swiss Meringue Butter Cream (any Flavor)
• Cream Cheese Icing
• Whip Cream Icing

Fillings that are available; if what you are looking for is not here please ask, I can usually accommodate your request

• Standard fruit filling:  Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Lemon, Cherry (additional charge if fruit is out of season)
• Pudding fillings (All flavors)
• Butter cream (Any flavor)
• Ganache (Chocolate, White chocolate, Peanut Butter (only on special request)
• Mousse (White Chocolate, Double Chocolate)
